中文摘要 一、基因轉殖作物在國際市場上規模日益增加的情形,帶動建立相應檢測評估基因轉殖作物存在技術的強烈需求,本研究的主要目的是建立一套基因轉殖玉米,大豆的標準檢測技術,以提供主管機關執行進口飼料基因轉殖作物邊境查驗與管理。二、本計畫目標為建立基改水稻與馬鈴薯之檢測技術,並完成研究團隊辦理之基改木瓜、棉花、大豆、玉米檢測能力試驗,以及針對中部的水稻與馬鈴薯栽培區,進行抽樣檢測與GPS標定。三、全球化的影響之下,基因轉殖作物的栽培面積在近年來急速增加,依2014年ISAAA的調查報告顯全球栽培轉基因作物超過5萬公頃之國家共有18個且總栽培面積已經超過1.83億公頃且持續增加當中。基因轉殖作物因為牽涉食用安全與環境議題,格外受到世界各國的重視,並訂定各項規範來限制或管控轉基因植物的流傳與散佈。為了國內轉基因植物之生物安全管理,並建立檢測監測技術平台,以追蹤瞭解或進行田間監控,必需盡早蒐集有關基因檢測技術與商業化標準樣品作為轉基因植物不慎逸出時的追蹤與監測之用。本研究為建立國內基因轉殖木瓜檢測與監測模式,將蒐集國內外基因轉殖木瓜基本資料、參考樣品與共存制度等資訊、建立基因轉殖木瓜與一般木瓜共存栽培模式、開發快速檢測方式及建立台灣基因轉殖木瓜種植區之地理資訊系統標定,以供政策制訂與管制之參考。四、直至2013年,世界上基改作物栽種面積已達一億七千多公頃,主要種植以玉米、大豆與油菜為主,然而目前台灣法規並無許可基改作物在臺灣的種植,如何積極有效的監控與防堵基改作物於臺灣非法種植儼然已成為目前臺灣農業界的重大議題。本計畫擬結合衛星定位系統(GPS)與地理資訊系統(GIS)針對雲嘉南地區所種植之玉米、木瓜、大豆與油菜進行田間監測,以防堵有非法種植基改玉米、木瓜與大豆之情形發生。此外,本計劃也配合種苗改良場積極增進對基改玉米、木瓜與大豆之檢測能力,以提高檢驗效率。五、本計畫旨在研究基因轉殖作物共存栽培體系。由於轉基因可能藉由花粉飄散而造成垂直性的基因流動,計畫先以油菜為例,蒐集國內外相關共存、雜交等基礎資料及種原材料,評估進行各項相關試驗,以分析花粉飄散距離與其在臺灣的雜交可能性等。並蒐集臺灣地區野地油菜樣品,以檢測其是否有外源的轉基因以混入基因庫之中,以供共存體系之研究。
英文摘要 一、The increasing presence of transgenic plant in the international markets has provoked a strong demand for appropriate detection methods to evaluate the existence of transgenic plants in the field and feed ingredients. The major objectives of this study are to establish a detection technique in GM maize and soybean and achieve border control and inspection of imported GM feed ingredients for administration office.二、The objectives of this project are to establish detection methods for transgenic rice and potato. In addition, to complete the proficiency testing held by research team for GM-papaya, cotton, soybean and maize, as well as to sampling and mark with GPS for rice and potato cultivation area in central Taiwan.三、Survey report ISAAA Global cultivation of GM crops in 2014 was close to 183 million hectares and fast accelerating. Transgenic crops for food security and environmental issues involved of all around the world and various norms to limit or control the spread of GM plants idle and scattered, especially. Transgenic plants for domestic biosafety management, and the establishment of measurement technology platform to follow up on the field or control, it is necessary to collect information on genetically modified crops and commercialized transgenic plants as a standard sample for accidentally escaped tracking and monitoring purposes. In this study, investigation of papaya gene flow by pollens, establishment of transgenic papaya coexistence system patterns and collection of reference material will be executive.四、Up to 2013, more than 170 million hectare of Genetically-Modified crops (GM crops) have been cultivated in the world. Maize, soybean and rape are the major. In Taiwan, it is still illegal to plant any GM crops in the field. Therefore, how to detect and prevent the GM crops which might been cultivated in the field becomes a important issue. In this program, we are going to monitor maize, papay, soybean and rape which been cultivated in the field using Geographic Information System(GIS) and GPS system. Moreover, we also plan to modify the inspected method to improve the efficiency.五、This study is spolight on the co-existence system of GM and non-GM crops. Because of transgene may produce vertical gene flow by pollen flow, we will collect international information about co-existence or inter- intra-species cross and the material of seeds, the first rapeseeds. And we will collect the rapeseed and relationship species on the wild land, to test if any transgene transfer into the gene pool, for study thecoexistenece.
