中文摘要 小果種油茶優良種苗培育及低產油茶林豐產技術之研究 本研究計畫第一針對台灣小果種油茶開發種苗培育技術,期能提高種苗之品質,有助台灣油茶產業發展。第二針對油茶低產林進行改造,研究利用不同豐產技術對改造效果的影響。 利用高接技術提高東部地區油茶產量之研究 本計畫之目的為利用高接技術進行低產及生長勢較差的植株更新,並配合田間的整枝、修剪、矮化、肥培等栽培管理技術,解決果實產量偏低、品質不均的問題,提高東部地區油茶之產量及品質,增加農民的收益,進而推動東部地區油茶產業之發展。 油茶肥培管理技術之研究 一、農民對油茶栽培均採粗放式管理,故單位面積產量均較低。隨著人們對健康意志的訴求不斷增強,高級植物油脂逐漸受到重視,而茶油富含蛋白質、維生素A、D、E及 F、茶皂素、不飽和脂肪酸,其營養價值甚超過橄欖油,故油茶栽培管理需種植優良品種及採用較集約之栽培方法,加強田間及肥培管理技術,以生產高量、質優之茶油。油茶園多栽培以種子繁殖之實生種苗,以致無論樹勢或產量均存在著特殊的個體,彼此間的生理特性也有所差異。故本計畫擬以不同氮、磷及鉀施肥用量組合處理本場扦插高產品系油茶試驗圃,調查各品系在不同葉位葉片周年養分變化,以求較合適的葉片養分含量建立診斷標準及採樣葉位及時期,並調查不同肥培處理對油茶品系生長勢之影響(樹高、樹幅及地徑),建立適合油茶肥培管理之模式及葉片營養診斷之合適範圍與葉片採樣之標準,以提供農友在肥培管理上之參考,增加油茶產量及品質。我 油茶良好農業規範之建立 本研究擬建立油茶良好農業規範,以供生產履歷及農民作用使用。 低產油茶園改善技術與油茶省工採收機械之開發及油茶物候調查 本研究針對低產油茶園及省工機械採收作研發並研究油茶物候,以提升產量降低採收成本。 油茶嫁接繁殖技術及嫁接苗量產模式之建立 建立油茶嫁接繁殖技術及嫁接苗量產體系之建立,並評估油茶嫁接苗育苗成本、產能及效益分析,以提昇油茶產業競爭力及產業鏈。
英文摘要 The superior nursery seedlings cultivation and breeding of oil-tea Camellia(Camellia brevistyla) and the study of yield-increasing technologies on the low yield forest. The project is divided into two parts.One is going to develop nursery techniques for oil Camellia(Camellia brevistyla (Hay.)), in order to improve the quality of seedlings that can contribute to the oil Camellia industry. And the other is going to improve the low yield forest of oil Camellia, we will take measurements on the effects under different treatments of high yield promotion. Carbon footprint and economic analysis of Oiltea Camellia production(3/3) The main goals of the third-year study are analyzing the cost benefit of improvedcultivation techniques of domestic Camellia oil. The research on the graft technology to improve the Camellia yield in eastern area. The purpose of this project is to use the graft technology and with the field of pruning, trimming, dwarf, etc. to improve the fruit yield in Camellia. Use the cultivation and management technologies to solve the low fruit yield and uneven quality problems. The result will to increase the Camellia fruit production and quality, increase farmers' income, thus promoting the development of the eastern area of the Camellia industry. The Research of Oiltea camellia Fertilization 一、Farmers cultivated Camellia oleifera were management faire, so the yield of per unit area were lower.With the demands on health are continue to enhance, high quality plant olein also become an improtant concept. Tea oil enrich protein,vitamin A,D,E,F,tea saponin,and unsaturated fatty acids, it’s nutrition was higher than olive oil,so the cultivation of Olitea camellia need a good species and methods. Therefore, we need to improve the technology of field and fertilization management to product high yield and quality tea oil.Propagation of seeds to seedlings, either vigor or yield in the presence of a special individual, physiological characteristics also differ from each other.Therefore, this project intends to different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers combination treatment with high yield strain of Camellia oleifera,and investigate various strains in different position leaves anniversary nutrient changes, more appropriate in order to establish diagnostic criteria for nutrient content of leaves and leaf position and sampling period, and investigation of different fertilizers treatment on Camellia oleifera strains growth potential (tree height, tree width and diameter) deal to create suitable Camellia oleifera fertilizer management models and appropriate range of the standard nutrition diagnosis of leaves and leaf samples taken in order to provide farmers on fertilizer management reference, to increase production and quality. The TGAP establishment of oiltea camellia. This study would like to establish the TGAP of oiltea camellia for the use of TAP and the culture of the farmers. The study of low yield garden improvement and the development of harvest machine and investment of natural phenomena of a seasonal nature of oiltea camellia. This year the camellia fruit harvest mechine will be investigated and study the improvement of low yield oiltea garden to increase the yield and reduce the cost of labor. Technique of grafting and grafting seedling propagation for oiltea Camellia The project will build the grafting technology and grafting seedlings production system of oiltea camellia. And assess oiltea camellia grafting seedling costs, production capacity and efficiency analysis to improve the oiltea camellia industry competitiveness and complete oiltea camellia industry chain.
